The uniquely handcrafted batches of Dueling Grounds, Linkumpinch Bourbon, are double-pot distilled, aged for four years in charred oak barrels, and embody grains of the region. The distillery is the first of
its kind in the area since the era of prohibition. 
The Bourbon is named for Linkumpinch Farm, where legendary duels took place.

MIX-ABILITY: This is best enjoyed for the first time in stages. Pour a finger and sip it neat. Then open it up with a drop of water or ice cube.

American dry gin

Our American Dry Gin is a 100% Grain

neutral spirit infused with botanicals. This spirit has excellent balance of flavor. It was made the infusion of Juniper, coriander, angelica root, cardamom, cassia, lemon, ginger, red alaea salt, licorice root and orange.

MIX-ABILITY: This versatile spirit tastes great mixed or neat, especially when stored in the freezer. Combine with vermouth, tonic, citrus and syrups, or simply ice. 

BARREL AGED
AMERICAN DRY gin

Our American Dry Gin is a 100% Grain neutral spirit infused with botanicals and then aged 17 months in our bourbon barrels.

The end result is a unique expression tasting burnt sugar, honey, caraway, vanilla, cardamom, coriander, juniper and lemon.

kENTUCKy clear

Kentucky Clear is our un-aged Bourbon recipe. It's Bourbon on the day it’s born. This 'White Lightning' is made from locally grown and milled Kentucky corn,

wheat and barley.

Kentucky Apple Pie is made with Kentucky Clear

and mixed with locally sourced apple cider, cinnamon and

brown sugar.

a 100% Corn Based Spirit. The Blackberry is tart, Blueberry is 

round & balanced, Strawberry tastes of sweet summer jam, 

Raspberry is sweet & tart and Peach is fresh & sweet.
